"쿡스일러스트레이티드 Cook's Illustrated"는 America's Test Kitchen에서 격월로 발간하는 미국의 대표 요리 잡지이다.
크리스 킴벌 Chirstopher Kimball이 시작한 프로젝트로 1980년부터 시작되어, 1993년부터 현재와 같은 형식으로 출판되고 있다. 잡지를 대표하는 독특하고 아름다운 삽화의 표지, 그리고 내부의 삽화들 혁신적이고 유려하기로 유명하다.
"Cook's Illustrated"는 완전한 독립성을 위해 일반적인 잡지와는 달리 지면에 일절 광고를 싣지 않고 온전히 구독자들로 운영되고 있다. 이 혁신적인 잡지는 미국의 공영방송 PBS에서 "America's Test Kitchen"와 "Cook's Country"라는 두 개의 TV프로그램으로 제작되어 지금까지 방영되고 있다.
